To find $P(A~|~B)$ we use multiplication rule:

$$ \begin{aligned} P(A ~|~ B) &= \frac{ P(A \text{ and } B)}{P(B)} \\ P(A ~|~ B) &= \frac{ 0.4 }{ 0.6 } \\ P(A~|~B) &\approx 0.66666666666667 \end{aligned}$$
